You don’t need to change your life. Just the parts that are making it heavier.
Methos helps you find what is actually adding pressure to your days, and work out what can be removed, reduced, or made easier. Practical, personal, and built around the life you already have.
It’s rarely one big thing.
- You’re always moving, and you can’t remember the last time you truly stopped.
- You’re doing what you’re supposed to do, and still ending the day depleted.
- You’ve read the advice. Most of it contradicts itself.
- You know something needs to change. You don’t know which thing to change first.
None of it is a discipline problem.
One private hour to look at your days with someone else.
We start with what you’re actually living through, not with the assumption that you need more discipline. Then we work out together what can be removed, reduced, or made easier.
Where we look
- The pace of your days, and how they’re structured
- Your evenings, sleep and recovery
- Your home environment
- Food patterns, and the products around you
- Digital input and mental load
None of these are big on their own. Together, they are what a day feels like.
Looking at them side by side is usually the first time it becomes clear which ones are worth changing, and which ones you can happily leave alone.
What you leave with
- Your stress sources named
- What to remove, reduce, or make easier first
- A written one-page starting plan, sent to you afterwards
Not an overhaul. A place to begin.
What you told me
The three things taking the most out of you
Where I’d start
What I’d leave alone for now
How it works
- You book, and choose a time.
- You answer a few short questions beforehand, so we use the hour well.
- We meet by video for sixty minutes.
- Your written one-page plan follows.
You don’t need to arrive able to explain what’s wrong. Working that out is the session.
Methos is educational and non-clinical. It is not therapy or medical advice.
For homes with more people keeping them running.
Some households run with a team: a housekeeper, a nanny, a private chef or a dietitian. Methos can work with your household directly, alongside the people who already support it, so the changes hold in everyday life.
Arranged privately, in person in the Dallas area.
Enquire privately- Time in your home, looking at how your days actually run
- Working with your housekeeper, nanny, chef or dietitian, so everyone is pulling in the same direction
- A review of the products your household buys and uses, from the kitchen to cleaning and personal care
- A written household plan, with clear notes for each person involved
Methos works alongside your dietitian and other professionals, never in place of them.
Your own way of living, built around your real life. Not a generic wellness plan.

Built around real days, not ideal ones.
Methos is a lifestyle education and consulting company based in Dallas, Texas. We help individuals and communities find what is adding pressure to everyday life, and work out what can be removed, reduced, or made easier. The work is practical and non-clinical, and always built around the life a person already has.
The founder
Methos was founded by Monika Scholz, a lifestyle educator and consultant who leads its Clarity Sessions and workshops. She grew up in a small town in Poland, where life moved more slowly, and has since lived between Poland, Spain and the United States.
Living in such different places showed her how much of how we feel comes from the shape of our days: the pace, the evenings, the home, what we eat, how much we carry in our heads. Most of it is small enough to live with, which is exactly why it goes unnoticed. Methos exists to help people see it clearly.
For communities, libraries and residents.
Methos also runs hosted group sessions for apartment communities, 55+ communities, HOAs and libraries. They are calm, seated, and practical, and nothing is sold.
If you manage a community or plan events and would like to host one, we’d be glad to hear from you.
You don’t have to know what’s wrong to start.
Book a Clarity Session, and we’ll look at your days together.
